From salsa rhythms of the guajira, to altered jazz blues, Jigsaw's members pride themselves on their personal interest in alternative styles. The original songs in Jigsaw are intended to be funky and fun whilst also having a musical integrity lacking in much pop music. Forming in early 2004 Jigsaw have been active in the Darwin music scene for the past six months. With the recent launch of their CD, Live Jazz, Jigsaw have widened their scope, and are looking forward to recording a studio album.
